Format & Time Control:

Format: 4 Rounds Swiss Classic (Tiebreakers will be decided based on the 4th round results)

Time Control: G/30; d/0 (30 minutes per player with no increment/delay) - Clocks provided at venue

Venue Address: 1800 S Stonebridge Dr,  McKinney, TX 75072

Date: February 15th, 2025; 8:30am CST

Start time: 8:30am CST (each round may go maximum of about an hour)

Use of Electronic Devices: No electronics allowed unless reviewed and approved by the tournament director at the  venue

Sections:

Under 400 (U400), Under 800 (U800), Under 1000 (U1000), Championship (1000+)

Entry Fee:

$30 per player (early bird special). $40 at the registration desk. $50 ad hoc entries

Deadline for submitting registration: February 14th, 2025. 11:59PM CST

Prizes: Trophies for 1st(Gold), 2nd(Silver) and 3rd(Bronze) prizes. Medals for 3 points and/or 2.5 scorers
