G/45+15; Quads (4-player Round-Robin sections grouped by USCF rating. Each player plays the other three players in their Quad Section. USCF Membership required. Tournament is Dual Rated.
Tournament location: Harvard Avenue Baptist Church, 3235 E 17th Street (17th and Harvard), Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104.
Entry Fee: $25 (includes pizza lunch). Entry fee is payable at the door (check or cash. No advance entries. Water, coffee and other refreshments provided.
