Family Chess Club "Tournament of Power"

This is a Swiss style open tournament with a G/60;D5 time control. 

If there are enough youth participants then there will be a scholastic section...

There will be 3 rounds.

The 1st round will begin at 930am. There is a short break in-between each round.

Our skittles room will have refreshments for everyone.

The tournament fee is $20.00 for pre-registered participants and $30.00 for late registration. 05/05/2023 @ 6pm early registration closes. 05/06/2023 @ 915am late registration will close. 

Prizes will be based on at least 16 registered participants. 

With enough participants attending,  there will be 1st and 2nd place prizes and a prize for best performance U1000.

This is an ongoing tournament for the prize of the Tournament of Power Championship Title Belt. All first place winners will have their names added to our perpetual plaque! Each winner will have a chance to compete for the title after the entire plaque has been filled. The winner of the Championship will have the duty of helping us to create the next tournament championship prize!
