Quads are arranged by rating proximity NOT by age

Registration:

• PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY – No on-site registration – Limit 40 Players
• All players must check-in by 9:45 am.  First round begins at 10:00am.
• Entry fee $30
• *** Registration CLOSES @ 11:59 pm October 19th ***
• Chess registration allows you to "DIG" into STEM & Robotics interests through demonstrations and exhibits
• 50%  Discount Students from Title 1 Schools  (email for Discount Code)

* Plaque to Top Elementary (K5), Middle (K8) & High School (K12) TEAM

** Team Score determined by combining points from Top 4 Finishers **

School teams CAN be larger than 4 players but only top 4 point scorers will count toward team score

Minimum 2 players to qualify as a "TEAM"

Rated points DOUBLE toward TEAM score

Teammates will NOT play against each other unless absolutely unavoidable

Computer Tiebreaks for Individual Awards & Team tiebreaks by blitz playoff (if time permits)

Chess clocks & boards provided for tournament play.
