Round Times: 10 am/12 pm/1:45 pm– then ASAP (Open, U1600, U1200); 10 am/11:15 am/12:30 pm -then ASAP (U800, Scholastic U400, Scholastic Nonrated)

One half-point bye is allowed if declared before round 1.
