Format: 4 Round Swiss

Time Control: G45; d5 for main event.  G30;d5 for scholastic sections

Round Times: 10 am/12 pm/1:45 pm– then ASAP for main event; 10 am -then ASAP for scholastic sections

One half-point bye is allowed if declared before round 1.
