This event is a preview of the 2026 Classical League, which will take place on the first Saturday of every month (second Saturday in case of holidays). Results submitted to US Chess Federation for rating.
Saturday, December 6th, 2025
Time Control:
G/90;+10 (90 minutes per side with 10 second increment)
Schedule:
9:00am - Check in; Setup; Pre-game warmup: (discussion on tactics, game analysis and puzzles)
9:30am - Check-in closes; pairings formulated. Games begin as soon as possible.
Arrive no later than 9:30am to ensure a pairing for the day. Allow time for parking!
Entry Fee:
$5. YMCA members free.
YMCA membership supports chess club activities. Consider joining the YMCA.

Parking & Accessibility:
Metered on-street parking available, but limited. Parking garage is one block away at 2-98 Plaza Dr in Manchester. Elevator from street level is available. Ring buzzer for assistance.
