ChessPalace Wednesday Knights

For the chess club's monthly tournament, there is Wednesday Knights with one rated round/game every week on Wednesday at 7 pm; this tournament runs for the month. Most months will have 4-rounds; some will have 5-rounds. This is a great way for players to get weekly rated practice. 

Details:

• Schedule: Rounds start at 7 pm; Time Control: 30moves/90minutes + sudden death 30minutes, both time controls have 5-second delay starting move one
• Monthly Wednesday Knights is rated after 4 rounds/weeks (5 rounds for some months).
• Sections: one open section
• Players must have an active US Chess membership or expect to sign up or renew it onsite
• Open to players at any age
• Players must know how to use the clock and record the moves with chess notations
