ChessMinds Ultimate Gladiator Classic

4 rounds at G/65 minutes with a 5 second delay rated in Swiss format. You must submit registration through chessregister.com. A limit of 40 participants. Please arrive by 8:40am for a short presentation. 1st round at 9am, 2nd round at 11:15am, 45 min break for lunch, 3rd round at 2:15pm, 4th round at 4:30pm. 1 half point bye allowed only for 4th round but must be submitted when registered. 50% of registrations will be distributed as prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd for the U1900, U1600. 1st and 2nd for the U1300. $100 bonus prize will be given to any player who participates in both tournaments and gets 1st place on both days and shows no mercy! Trophies will be given to 1st place winners in each section. If needed groups may be combined for pairing and if so under prizes would be given. Registration is $50 if registered before 7/24. After Registration will be $55. USCF membership required to play. Notation required, bring chess set, clock and notation book/sheets as none will be provided. There will be no onsite registrations.
