Chess Queens Crown Table Initiative Welcomes Khrome Records as a National Community Partner

Chess Queens Crown Table Initiative is pleased to recognize Khrome Records and its representative, LouE, as a National Community Partner in support of the initiative's mission to create meaningful chess opportunities for women and girls.

LouE recently made a contribution to the Sponsor a Future Chess Queen program, helping support participation opportunities through Chess Queens Crown Table's community chess programming.

Based in Palm Bay, Florida, Khrome Records is an independent music label, recording studio, and artist community focused on helping independent musicians develop their work and navigate the music business. Its work includes recording, music distribution, artist development, and performance opportunities.

This partnership highlights the value of community members from different creative fields coming together to support opportunities for growth, confidence, and connection.

Chess Queens Crown Table uses chess as a tool for strategic thinking, personal development, and community engagement. Through events and educational opportunities, the initiative encourages women and girls to build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and discover the possibilities that open when they have a place at the board.

“Every contribution helps us continue planting seeds through empowered chess. I'm grateful to LouE and Khrome Records for supporting opportunities for future chess queens,” said Bumi Benjamin, founder of Chess Queens Crown Table.

Chess Queens Crown Table welcomes community members and supporters who believe in expanding access to chess and empowering women and girls through learning, strategy, and connection.

Looking Ahead: Winter Bloom Open 2026

Chess Queens Crown Table Initiative will continue its community programming with the upcoming Chess Queens Crown Table Women's & Girls Winter Bloom Open 2026, a boutique-style, US Chess-rated tournament taking place:

Sunday, December 6, 2026

Panera Bread 1707 St. Lucie West Blvd. #174 Port St. Lucie, FL 34986

LouE's contribution to the Sponsor a Future Chess Queen program helps advance the mission of making chess opportunities more accessible to women and girls. Community contributions help support efforts to sponsor a future chess queen's participation, including the opportunity to help cover an entry fee for a woman or girl to participate in the upcoming Winter Bloom Open.

Designed as an intimate competitive experience for women and girls of all ages, the Winter Bloom Open creates opportunities to compete, connect, build confidence, and experience a place at the table.

The tournament also offers an opportunity for players preparing for the 2026 US Chess Federation National K–12 Grade Championships in Orlando, beginning December 11.
