Chess at Nationwide Arena

The Columbus Blue Jackets are excited to invite you to our 3rd Annual Chess Day at Nationwide Arena on Feb 8th!

With the continued support from The Columbus Chess Academy, Columbus Chess Club, & The Royal Oak Initiative, this event is appropriate for all ages and all levels of playing experience to attend and help grow the chess scene in Columbus.

All attendees, whether participating or just attending in support, will be able to join us for our Speaker Session with Chess Master Lokesh Palani and Win different CBJ Prizes. Additionally, younger players can compete in our Scholastic Blitz Competition, while other players can participate in our Simultaneous Exhibition against Lokesh.
