CHESS CARDINALS MONDAY GAMBIT #13 (G/25;d5, 3 Rd)

SPACE IS LIMITED TO MAX OF 60 PLAYERS.

Eligibility: Open to Everyone (no age restrictions)

Time: 6PM to 9PM

Time control: G/25; d5 (3Rounds; USCF dual-rated)

Sections: The tournament has 3 sections based on monthly published USCF rating:

• Championship Section: USCF rating >=1000 USCF
• Reserve section: USCF 600-999 USCF.
• Beginner section: USCF Under 600 USCF.

TD reserves the right to revise section breaks or provide wild cards. Byes are allowed in any round as long as you let us know by at least 1 round in advance.

Entry fees: $8 per tournament. We accept online payment or credit card on-site. No Cash Transactions.

Prize: Trophies (each section). TIE BREAKERS: Ties will be broken using Modified Median, Solkoff, Cumulative, and Cumulative Opp. for individual trophies

Mandatory requirement: Please bring a valid USCF membership ID number for registration. Additional details at http://chesscardinals.com on how to apply online for USCF membership. Our team can help you get a membership on-site too. New Female Chess Players can get up to 50% discount on their membership.

Directions:

• Parking: Recommended in front of the UPS STORE or SEOUL TACO.
• Entrance: Ground floor through main big glass doors.
• SIGNS: Look for the Chess Cardinals banner.
• Restrooms: Ground floor near emergency EXIT. Separate for MEN/WOMEN. You would need keys. Please RESTROOM KEYS sign on the wall to locate these keys.

Photo/video Consent Agreement. By registering to the Chess Cardinals tournaments, participants, caregivers & parents grant full permission to Chess Cardinals to use photographs, video- and/or audio-recordings of them, and/or their children, taken during Chess Cardinals events in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Chess Cardinals. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. A person attending Chess Cardinals event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the organizer in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Chess Cardinals will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. No registrants and/or participants are entitled to compensation for their appearance in such materials. By registering, you also grant Chess Cardinals and US Chess Federation the right to lawfully use the photos on its website, social media sites, e-newsletters, and other public media which such use shall be considered commercial use for promotion and advertising. You also release Chess Cardinals and US Chess Federation from any claims related to the use of the photos, recordings, or interviews, including claims of libel or invasion of privacy. You understand that Chess Cardinals retains ownership of the materials and may use them now or in the future for the purposes mentioned above. All registrants and participants release and discharge Chess Cardinals from all liability, losses, and damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim arising out of or relating to the use of videotapes, recordings and/or photograph.
