TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR’S NOTES: Free entry for GM/WGM/IM/WIM ($110 EF deducted from any prize); Rated players may play up one section in accordance to your June 2025 USCF published rating; Unrated players are limited to $100 prize (unless in Master/Expert section). Players on the 3-day schedule can re-enter the tournament on Saturday ($60 re-entry fee). Place prizes are issued with Zelle (via your banking institution). Prize winners who are not able to use Zelle can request a bank check at the tournament.

3-DAY OPEN SCHEDULE (All rounds G/90; d30): Friday 7pm, Saturday 11am & 5pm, Sunday 10am & 2:30pm
SCHOLASTIC SCHEDULE (G/60; d5): Saturday: 11am, 2pm & 5pm - Sunday: 10am & 1:00pm 
 

TOURNAMENT SIDE EVENTS: $20 Entry fee - USCF-rated Saturday night double-round blitz, G5; d0. Free entry for GM/WGM/IM/WIM ($20 EF deducted from any prize). Free Chess Lecture Saturday Morning at 9:00 am. Chess store open during tournament hours.
FOOD: No eating at board, beverages ok.
 

Electronic Device Policy: Player phones must be turned off in the tournament room and placed in bag or on the table off face up. Smart watches removed and turned off. First violation 30 minutes or half the time and second forfeit of game.
WITHDRAWAL REFUND: Requests to withdraw from the tournament and receive a refund must be sent via email to: info@centralflchess.org no later than 6 pm (EST) Friday, June 13, 2025 (when online registration closes). Refunds are issued in full minus your original online transaction fee amount.
