An IASCA Qualifier. Two-day and three-day schedules are available. Open, dual FIDE/USCF Rated; Reserve USCF only. Location: Cedar Rapids Radisson, 1200 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. Sets provided (wood sets top 6 boards). Entry Fee: Open: $75 if received before 3/1/25, $85 afterward, $95 on-site. ISCA Membership ($10) is required for Iowa residents. Reserve: $60 if received before 3/1/22, $65 afterward, $75 on-site. ($20 extra to play up from Reserve into Open section if rating > 1400). Prizes: Open (b/29): 1st-3rd: $500-250-160. Class Prizes: U2000 and U1800 $130 each; Unrated not eligible for class prizes. Reserve (U1600, b/29): 1st-3rd $200-$160-$120. Class Prizes: U1400, U1200 $80 each. Rounds and Time Control: 3-Day Schedule: (TC: G/90 + 30-second increment). Friday 7 pm; Saturday 10 am and 3:30 pm; Sunday, 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. 2-Day Schedule: Saturday Rounds 1 and 2 (TC: G60; d5; Not FIDE rated): 10 AM and 12:30 PM then merge with the 3-day schedule in round 3 (G/90; +30). Two byes available upon request made 1 hour before the start of the round.  Round 4 & 5 byes must be requested prior to the start of round 3.
