Time: Check-in: Saturday, July 27, 2024, 9:00 am, first round at 9:30 a.m.
| Format: | Quad G/40;d5 - US Chess Rated, Unrated Sections available, including novice. If the number of registrants precludes setting all sections up in a Quad format, a 3-round Swiss may be substituted. |
| Registration: | $20. Current US Chess Membership is required for rated sections. You may not be paired for round 1 if your registration is within 24 hours of the start time. |
| Prizes: | $45 for 1st, $25 for 2nd, in each quad or section |
| Other: | Please bring your own tournament-standard chess set and clock. We will also provide some, but availability may be limited. Please note that the ‘no Insufficient Losing Chances' rule will be in effect. |

| Byes: | Each player is allowed a maximum of one half-point bye in any round. Byes must be requested at least 30 minutes before the start of the round. |
| Ties: | In case of a tie, the following tiebreakers will be used: Solkoff, Cumulative, Cumulative Opposition, Mod. Med. |
