C4K-Call for Kindness All-Women OPEN Chess Tournament

Hello Everyone,

We want to invite you to our monthly recurring C4K All-WOMEN'S OPEN Chess Tournaments. The tournament will be conducted on last Sunday of every month, start at 9 AM. We want to clarify that this tournament is open to all Female Players and there are no age restrictions.

• Format: G/25; d5 SWISS FORMAT, 4 rounds. If there are 12 or more players, we will create two sections by half.
• Time: 9 AM to 1 PM
• Trophies/prizes: Champion and runners-up. Funded by a generous C4K-call for kindness grant (Riley's Way Foundation) and US CHESS WOMEN GRANT. In case of tie, winners will be selected based on Modified Median, Solkoff, Cumulative, and Cumulative of Opposition.
• Location: Chess Cardinals Center, Chesterfield Mall.
• Entry Fee: $1 dollar.

Directions: We recommend parking in the UPS store or Seoul Taco and walk into the mall. We are located on the ground floor. You will see a vertical Chess Cardinals Banner on the window. Restrooms are located on the ground floor towards backside emergency EXIT. 

Photo/video Consent Agreement. By registering to the Chess Cardinals tournaments, participants, caregivers & parents grant full permission to Chess Cardinals to use photographs, video- and/or audio-recordings of them, and/or their children, taken during Chess Cardinals events in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Chess Cardinals. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. A person attending Chess Cardinals event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the organizer in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Chess Cardinals will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. No registrants and/or participants are entitled to compensation for their appearance in such materials. By registering, you also grant Chess Cardinals and US Chess Federation the right to lawfully use the photos on its website, social media sites, e-newsletters, and other public media which such use shall be considered commercial use for promotion and advertising. You also release Chess Cardinals and US Chess Federation from any claims related to the use of the photos, recordings, or interviews, including claims of libel or invasion of privacy. You understand that Chess Cardinals retains ownership of the materials and may use them now or in the future for the purposes mentioned above. All registrants and participants release and discharge Chess Cardinals from all liability, losses, and damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim arising out of or relating to the use of videotapes, recordings and/or photograph.
