LOCATION:     College Park Gym (2nd Floor, use elevator or stairs)
15 Wheeler Ave,  Winchester, KY 40391   Ample free parking.

FORMAT:     Open section - US Chess Federation (USCF) membership required
3 Rounds Swiss Open ....G/15 no delay (affects quick rating)
Membership must be current through December 2023
Membership will NOT be available onsite, sign up at uschess.org
Please bring membership ID number to the tournament

SCHEDULE:     December 11;  registration 5:45 PM to 5:55 PM
Round 1 starts at 6:00 PM; next rds ASAP; closing at 8 pm

PRIZE FUND:     Prize Fund: 1st 60%, 2nd: 20%, 3rd: 10%; (of total cash entries) 

ENTRY FEE:     Open section: $10.00 Adults and Youth; cash only, collected before 1st round

NOTE:         Chess boards, pieces, and clocks are available, but you may bring your own
