Back-to-School HS Chess Tournament

Date, Time and Location: 

• Saturday, September 28, 2024, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Location: 275 Oracle Pkwy, Redwood City, CA 94065

Entry Fees: 

• $10 at the door with cash or Venmo
• Optional Online Payment in Advance: $10
  • Venmo: (@nhscachess, last 4-digits: 6600). Include player name in description

Sections:

• Rated (USCF membership required)
• Unrated

Format: 

• Individual and Team Tournament
• Rounds: 5
• Time Control: G/10 d3 (10 minutes + 3 second delay)
• All played games in the rated section will be USCF Quick Rated

Prizes: 

• Trophies and Medals for top scoring Individuals in Unrated and Rated Sections
• Trophies for top scoring teams

Additional Information: 

• Please bring your own clocks if you have any
• Only High School Students can play in this tournament.
