It’s a fun, friendly event open to all ages and skill levels—whether you're chasing rating points or just love the game.

Location: Clovis Senior Activity Center (735 3rd St, Clovis, CA 93612)

Tournament Date: Saturday, August 9th, 2025

Entry Fee: $40.00 (due at the tournament — cash preferred)

Economy Option: $20.00 (not eligible for cash prizes)

Time Control: G/40; d/5 (4 rounds)

Sections: OPEN (all rating levels welcome), U1000 (unrated or USCF-rated under 1000)

***Please note: Sections may be adjusted based on registration. The Tournament Director may combine or modify sections to ensure fair and competitive pairings.***

Check-In: 8:30 AM

Round 1: Starts at 9:00 AM. Rounds follow a rolling schedule. (Wrap-up around 5:00 PM)

$$ CASH PRIZES $$ — 80% of entry fees go straight to the prize fund!
