EARLY BIRD SCHOLASTIC CHALLENGE: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Format: 4 Rounds Swiss Game in 25/5d. Entry Fee: $65 ($85 with lunch included) by 8/25, $70 ($90 with lunch included) by 8/27, $75 ($95 with lunch included) by 8/29, $80 ($100 with lunch included) Same Day. Sections: K-3 Under 400, K-3 Over 400, K-12 Under 1200, and K-12 Over 1200. Prizes: Trophy for every Kindergarten! Big Trophy for top 5 in each section, 6th-7th Place, Best U900, 1st and 2nd Place K-6 in K-12 U1200, 1st and 2nd Place K-6 in K-12 Over 1200, Best K-3 U600, Best K-3 U200. Trophy for Top 3 School Team.

BRIGHT AFTERNOON SCHOLASTIC SECTIONAL: 2:30 PM – 6:45 PM Format: 4 Rounds Swiss Game in 25/5d. Entry Fee: $65 ($85 with lunch included) by 8/25, $70 ($90 with lunch included) by 8/27, $75 ($95 with lunch included) by 8/29, $80 ($100 with lunch included) Same Day. Sections: Open (1400 and up), Under 1400, Under 1000, Under 500. Prizes: Trophy for every Kindergarten! Trophy for Top 5 Over 1400, U1400 and U1000. Trophy for Top 7 U500.

BLITZ TOURNAMENT: 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM. Format: 6 Rounds Swiss Game in 3/2s inc. Entry Fee: $25. Sections: Under 1200 and Over 1200. Prizes: Trophy for Top 3 in each section.

Half point BYE available in ALL rounds (Max 2) for ALL events and must be requested before Round 2.

LUNCH: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.

FREE LECTURE: 12:30 PM – 1:10 PM.

Refund Policy: $20 penalty if canceling by 8/29/2025 at noon. No refund after that.
