This is a “fixed roster” event where each team of 2 will have a Board 1 player (higher rating) and a Board 2 player (lower rated or unrated player).   Board 1 players will play against other Board 1 players and Board 2 players will play against other Board 2 players.  –  Teams will be paired in Swiss format.

*Team rating will be the average of both players’ April rating supplements from USChess

*A Team with a single unrated player will be paired according to the rating of the rated player

 

* Players without a partner will be teamed up BEFORE April 6th or ON-SITE with other singles (House Players will be available)

All award tiebreaks will be decided by G/5+0 BUGHOUSE!
