5-rd Swiss Tournament. 2 Sections: PREMIER (1600 Floor) and AMATEUR (U1700)
Rounds: 10am, 12noon, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm
Players can take up to two ½ -pt byes if declared BEFORE Round 2
Time control: G/45, d5

PRIZES: $1900 prize fund based on 50 total entries ...
Premier Section (1600 floor): $600-300-200 plus U2100 & U1900: $100 each
Amateur Section (U1700): $250-150-100 plus U1400 & U1200: $50 each

ENTRY FEE: $60 Advanced Entry and for ACC Members, OR $70 regular walk-up registration at the hotel.
REGISTRATION: Advanced Entries: $60 at the club or Online Through ACC Website
Regular Walk-Up Registration: $70, cash or check at the hotel from 9:00 – 9:50am.
COVID Protocols: Masks required - NO Spectators in Playing Hall !
Please be sure to bring your own chess sets & clocks!

LOCATION: Marriott Residence Inn – Ballston located at 524 N Quincy St, Arlington, VA 22203. Free parking in private lot underneath the hotel.
FOOD: Extra 30 minutes provided between rounds 2 & 3 for lunch. There are tons of eateries in the Ballston area including 8 within one block of the hotel.
