USCF dual rated, OPEN to players of ALL ages and chess skills !
AoIG reserve the right to separate players into 2 sections: 12+ years old and 11 and under, if needed.

5:15 p.m. - Doors will open
5:30 p.m. - Chess Q&A: ask Chess Master a question
6:00 p.m. - 1st round will start, sharp!
4 rounds Swiss - time control G15 + d15
USCF membership will be required: membership available on site.
COVID-19 safety measures:
- Field is limited (Check the registration list https://www.aoigs.com/chess-tournaments/ before leaving home, if your intention is to register on site)
- Chess sets and clocks are provided, disinfected by AoIG staff
EXTRA Money Prizes: $100(50-30-20) to top three – in the event of 20+ players;
EXTRA Trophies for top three FAMILY Teams and Prizes for everybody in a WINNING circle 2.5 points out of 4 Also, prizes will be given for the contribution to the Q&A session, and the best 1st board performance(without the trophy) .
Entry fee:
Electronically $35.09before Sept 1st , after $40.09 ($45 at the door) - 100% refund if canceled by phone before 9:00 a.m. on a tournament day.
