A HERITAGE EVENT

$2675 prize fund based on 50 total entries (not re-entries nor Amateur Section)

3-Day Schedule:  5 Round Swiss – Rd 1 Friday 7:30 PM, Reg by 7PM; G/90, +30s incr.

2-Day Schedule:  5 Round Swiss – Rd 1 Saturday 10:00 AM, Reg by 9:30 AM; G/75,+30s incr; all other rounds G/90;+30s incr.

ENTRY FEES: $65 by Oct 6th. $75 after. Free entry to 2200+ (deduct $65 from prizes).

REQUIREMENTS: USCF membership & state affiliate membership required, dues SCCA $10, Other state memberships accepted.

PRIZES:

Championship (Rating 1700+)
$1050 fund: $500 $250 $150 $100 $50. SC Champion title & trophy to top SC player.

U1800 (Rating 1300+)
$850 fund: $400 $200 $100 U1600 $100 $50. SC U1800 Champion title & trophy to top SC Player.

U1400 & Unrated
$775 fund: $300, $150, $75; U1200 $75, $50; U1000 $75-$50; SC U1400 Champion title & trophy to top SC Player.

Amateur Section (Saturday Only)
EF: $20; SCCA membership required, dues $10, Other state memberships accepted. Trophies only: 1st 2nd 3rd, any state.
4 Round Swiss, G/30;d5 (Q/R dual rated) - Rd Times: 10, 11:30, 2, 3:30

**SCCA Elections & Business Meeting:1:30PM or ASAP, Sunday after Rd4**

Schedule:

3-Day Schedule: Registration ends at 7 pm on Friday, October 7.

2-Day Schedule: Registration ends at 9:30 am on Saturday, October 8.

Round 1: 7:30 pm Friday (3-Day)

Round 1: 10:00 am Saturday (2-Day, then merges with 3-day)

Round 2: 2:00 pm Saturday

Round 3: 7:30 pm Saturday

Round 4: 9:00 am Sunday

Round 5: 2:30 pm Sunday

Byes: Requested irrevocable half-point byes any round, must commit before 2nd round. Limit one requested bye to win prize money.

COVID Protocols: SC government regulations & guidelines will apply. As of Aug 10, 2022, masks are not required.
