FLORIDA'S 1^st ALL FEMALE PLAYER TOURNAMENT

Three sections with 3 different time controls:

EF $40 QUEENS SECTION OPEN: 4SS (4 rounds of games) All Dual Rated @ G/45;d5

EF $40 PRINCESS SECTION: U700 G/30;d5 (4 rounds).

EF $30 UNRATED CHESS MOM SECTION: G/15 for 4 rounds.

FREE: Event T-SHIRT, if ordered by the deadline May 1st. Catered LUNCH is provided for all players.

=====BACKGROUND========

We started this event in 2016 as a promise to a group of female players who played in local Jacksonville tournaments. To make it special we included t-shirts and treated all players to lunch. The players loved the chess and the event and we've held it every year until COVID. Many of our champions have been some of the best players in the state. Check-in by 10:00 am.  NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Only Online Registration until Friday 6 pm May 6th. Avoid a $10 price increase on May 6th. Expired USCF registration must be renewed in advance (best) or on-site by check, cash, or CREDIT CARDS accepted. Late arrivals will be paired in the 2nd round. No exceptions. One round 1/2 Bye allowed. USCF membership required (we will assist you with a new membership or you need to renew on-site). Not required for the Chess Moms section.

========PRIZES======================

Prizes:  $500 Prize Fund (b/50 players) for top three in QUEEN section (1st:$150 + Cup/2nd:$100 /3rd:$75. PRINCESS top two 1st:$75 + Cup 2nd:$50  Chess Mom (1st:$50 Prize + Cup). Customized Queen's Cup Logo Trophies for each section winner. Medals for all who sign up by May 2nd.

QUEENS SECTION Rds: 10:15 am, 11:45am, Lunch: 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm, 2:15 pm, 4:00 pm Ends: 6:00 pm

PRINCESS SECTION Rounds: 10:15 am, 11am, Lunch, 12:30 & 1:30. Awards at 2:30

CHESS MOM SECTION Rounds: 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, Lunch. - This section is unrated, but has a prize for the winner.

Register early. Cut off will be Sunday, May 1st for a Monday order. No exceptions. Send sizes to [email protected]. Specify YOUTH or ADULT size.
