No checks/credit cards accepted onsite. Players not registered by 9:20 AM may be given a 1/2 point bye for round 1

Round Times

  • Round 1 – Sat 9:30 AM
  • Round 2 – Sat 1:30 PM
  • Round 3 – Sat 5:30 PM
  • Round 4 – Sun 10:30 AM
  • Round 5 – Sun 2:30 PM

Bye Requests

Two 1/2 point byes may be requested for rounds 1-4 only. Must be requested prior to the end of round 2 and before a full point bye (pairing allocated bye) has been assigned.

  • USCF default forfeit time – 60 minutes
  • USA Players w/o FIDE ID must give email and date of birth
  • Foreign players must disclose FIDE ID before round 1
  • Wheelchair accessible; no smoking
  • Sets provided; please bring clocks
  • Current USCF membership required. Can be purchased/renewed onsite (cash only)
  • No outside food or drinks please
  • Duplicate scoresheets provided; white copies required from all players
  • A copy of each game played MUST be submitted to claim any prize
