Forester Open:
4 Sections: Open (1800+), Amateur (1799-1200), Beginner (U1200), Adults Only Section (must be at least 18)
Adults may play any section they want, but the adults only section is an option for those not wanting to play kids.
Players may play up in any section.
G/90;+30
All sections are USCF Rated, Open section is also FIDE Rated.
This tournament will be closed to the first 140 players registered
Schedule:
Forester Open: 7 Rounds: 11/29 - 2pm - 7pm, 11/30 - 9am - 2pm - 7pm, 12/1 - 10am - 3pm.
Prizes:
$10,000 guaranteed
Forester Open:
Open: $2000-1000-500, Top U2000- $350
Amateur: $1400-600-300, Top U1500 - $250
Beginner: $1200-600-400
Adults only section: $800-$300 Top U1500- $300
Registration:
The entry fee will increase $20 for each section after October 27th and $20 more on top after Nov 20th. On site registration will be the same entry fee as the late entry fee. On site registration will be from 12 - 1pm Nov 29th for all sections.

Boards and clocks will be provided.
Up to two half point byes allowed, byes must be selected in online checkout. Zero point byes will be given if a bye is requested during the event.
Entry is 75% refundable, entry is non-refundable within a week unless you have been emailed otherwise prior.
