6 Round Swiss in 7 Sections, 3-day or 2-day available, top two sections FIDE rated, except for the 2-day schedule fast games. Time Control: G/100 +30 for all 3 day games; for 2 day the first 3 games are G/40, d5, then merge in round 4 with 3-day players. 3-day schedule: 10 AM & 4 PM all 3 days, Sat, Sun and Monday (Labor Day), except Rd 4 on Sunday is at 4:30 PM; 2-day schedule: no games on Saturday, 4 games on Sunday: 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM, then 2 games

Monday at 10 & 4. Two byes are available if booked at least one hour before round.

Round 6 byes are ok but must be requested before round 3 and are irrevocable.

Prizes: 1. Open: $2,200/1,400/1,000/600/400/200; plus BU2300: $800/400;

2. U2200: $1,400/800/400/200; 3. U2000: $1,300/700/400/200;

4. U1800: $1,300/700/400/200; 5. U1600: $1,200/600/300/200;

6. U1400: $800/400/200/100; Section 7. U1200: $600/300/200/100. The USCF Sept.

Supplement will be used as the official ratings for pairings & prizes. Registration: 3-day 8:30 to 9:30 AM on Sat; 2-day: 8 to 9 AM on Sun. Entry Fee: $90 through 07/31, then rate goes up to $110 from 8/01 - 8/16; $130 from 8/17 - 9/01, then $150 on 9/02/23. Special rate of $85 for players U1200 or unrated if playing in that section, if playing up, then higher rates apply. GMs, WGMs, IMs and WIMs play for free, but $100 deducted from any prize won. Unrated players can only win book or clock prizes. Provisional players (less than 26 rated games) can only win 50% of any prize, the balance goes to the remaining prize winners. Re-entry fee (3 day to 2-day, must be rated U2300): $75. Refunds: $15, no exceptions. Also: $25 fine for forfeits!
