Check in: 8:00-8:30am
Welcome Orientation: 8:40am 
First round: 9:00am, all rounds will follow as soon as possible after the previous round is concluded. 
Awards Ceremony: 4:00pm
 

5 Round Swiss Pairing System 

Time Control: G/30, 30 minutes for each player without delay. 

Clocks are mandatory and will be provided, however please bring any additional clocks.
 

Early Registration: $15 by April 19th, 2025 

Late Registration: $20 until 11:45p.m. May 9th, 2025 

No onsite registrations.

Team awards: Trophies for top 2 Teams in each section

Individual awards: Trophies for top 3 individuals in each section

Medals for 4th-8th place in each section
