5SS, G/10 d2, Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown (see World Open). $2200 guaranteed prizes. In 2 sections: Open: $400-200-100, top 2100-2299 $160-80, U2100/Unr $160-80. Under 1900/Unr: $300-150-80, top U1700/Unr $140-70, U1500 $120-60, U1300 $100, unrated limit $150. EF at site or online at chessaction.com: $40 by 7/2, $50 by 7 pm 7/3, $60 by 10 pm 7/3. GMs $40 from prize. Reg. ends 10 pm, play begins 10:30 pm, then ASAP, should end by 1:30 am. Half point bye available any round, limit 1 bye, must commit before rd 2. Quick rated (will not affect regular ratings); higher of regular or Quick used for pairings & prizes.  Special USCF dues: see World Open.  Refunds: $15 service charge.
