In Chess Quads, players are paired into groups of 4. The 4 highest rated players are paired together, then the next 4 highest rated players are so on. That means that you play 3 USCF rated games G30/5d and there are no pairings between rounds so you can leave once you have played the other 3 players in your quad. Grade/age do not matter and there are no teams.
