5SS, 40/80, SD/30+30 (2-day option, rds 1-2 G/60 d10). Sheraton Hotel, 1 Bradley Airport (visible at airport entrance), Windsor Locks CT 06096 (I-91 Exit 40 to Rt 20). Free parking. Masks may be required, spectators may be restricted. Prizes $10,000 based on 200 paid entries, $5000 (half each prize) minimum guaranteed. In 5 sections. Major: Open to 1900/over. $1200-600-300, top USCF U2300 $400-200. FIDE. Under 2100: $900-500-300, top U1900/Unr $400-200. FIDE. Under 1800: $800-500-300, top U1600 (no unr) $300-150. Under 1500: $700-400-250, top U1300 (no unr) $300-150. Under 1200: $400-200-100. Mixed Doubles bonus prizes: best male/female 2-player combined score among all sections: $300-150. Must average under 2200; may play different sections; register (no extra fee) by 2 pm 7/17.  Unrated prize limits: U1200 $100, U1500 $200, U1800 $300.  Top 4 sections EF: $93 online at chessaction.com by 7/14, 3-day $98, 2-day $97 if check mailed by 7/6, $110 at site, or online until 2 hrs before rd 1. U1200 Section EF: all $30 less than above. All: No checks at site, credit cards OK. GMs $80 from prize. Online EF $3 less to CSCA or WMCA members. Re-entry (no Major to Major) $50. Unofficial or Online Regular uschess.org ratings usually used if otherwise unrated. If Online Regular rating is 50 or more points over section or prize maximum, prize limit $150.
