Entry fee for Non-Members: $40
Late fee: $10

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Format: Round Robin Quads (groups of 4)
Total Rounds: 3
Time Control: G/30;d5 (30 minutes with 5-second delay)
Groups formed by rating; if the last group has fewer than 4, it becomes a small Swiss.

Round Schedule:
Round 1: 3:10 pm | Round 2: 4:20 pm | Round 3: 5:30 pm

PRIZES
$60 per quad group winner (winner take all per group).

ELIGIBILITY
Players must have a current US Chess Federation membership valid through the last day of the tournament.

SICK POLICY
The Mechanics' Institute Chess Club asks that any player who is feeling unwell withdraw from the tournament to help protect the health of others. Players who withdraw due to illness before the start will receive a full refund as a credit to their Jumbula account.
