Format:

4-SS: Open, Reserve (under 1501 or Unrated)
Chief TD for Open & Reserve Sections will be TD Tony Nichols
One Half-Points Byes in all rounds but the final round. Must request before Round 3. Byes are requests to not play that round, do not select during registration if you wish to play all games.

Time Control:

Both Sections: G/90+30 (scorekeeping required for entire game)
Players in must arrive within 30 minutes after start time for round or be forfeited and possibly withdrawn from event.

Rounds:

Both Days 10am & 2:30pm

Entry Fee:

Open: $30
Reserve: $25
Free entry to GM, IM, FM, & 2200+, adv entry fee deducted from prize.
Advance entries must be paid by August 12. For entry fees paid after August 12, add $10 more.

OPEN: 1st $300; 2nd $150; Class Prizes based on Entries. Title of U.P. Champion plus Trophy to Top U.P. Resident (Proof of residency may be required)
RESERVE: 1st $150 plus Trophy; 2nd $75; Class Prizes based on Entries.
