Sundays
1st Sundays of the month
All Sundays: 2pm Afternoon Beginner lessons and 3pm non-rated 4ss G/10, each $15 EF and ribbons for prizes, free for MCC Full and Fam Members.

4th Tuesdays of the month (starting in 2022)
4pm Scholastic Chess Team Tournament (Students Only!) 3ss G/25d5 $15, Trophies and Ribbons, rated and non-rated sections, $5 off for MCC Members.  All school teams welcome, regardless of size.

Wednesdays
Casual/Social Free Play Chess, 5pm-close.  Free chess set rentals for non-members.

Thursday nights
5:30pm Intermediate Lesson, usually with Master-or-higher. (IM Dave Ross as of March 2024, for the past 6 months)
6:45pm bimonthly Memphis Chess League, G/45+10, $5/game or free for MCC Members.

Saturdays
12:30pm 3ss accel G/25d5 $15, 80% paid out;
2nd Saturdays of the month instead... 8:30am... 4ss G/45+10 rds at 9am,12pm,2pm,4pm, $40 EF, 80% p/o; OR 1700+ Memphis' Closed Circuit, 3ss G90/d5, rds at 9am, 12pm, 4pm, $40 EF, 80% p/o, points awarded to qualify toward 2022 Memphis City Championship, 13-8-5-3-2-1, additional 1 point for playing;
4:30pm 5ss Blitz (7pm on 2nd Saturdays), G/5 on odd weekends; G/3+2 on even weekends, 80% p/o, $25 1st month Saturdays, $10 all other Saturdays;
MCC Members $5 EF discount.

Some 2nd Saturday weekends are larger tournaments.
