FORMAT: USCF Regular Rated 4-round Swiss Chess Tournament w/ 5 Sections:

A1 (Minimum rating of 2000), A2 (Minimum rating of 1850) B - U1850,

C - U1500, D -U1200 TIME CONTROLS: G/90; incr. 5 seconds (All Rounds) See ChessRegister.com concerning section move up.

ROUNDS: Saturday 9:30AM, 2:00PM         Sunday 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM

NOTE: In the event of a tie for 1st place per section the top 2 players (after computerized determination) will play an extra game with a time control of G/15 to determine 1st place.

ENTRY FEE: $40

REGISTRATION: Online entries at www.ChessRegister.com; Limited to 90 entries. Registration confirmed upon receipt of paid entry fee. ONLY ADVANCED REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED, THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE; Registration deadline 5/10/24 at 5pm. Mail-in reg. send to Mike Moschos 2100 Odessa Circle, The Villages, FL 32162. Active USCF membership is required.

PRIZES: A1:1st place $450 2nd $225; A2: 1st $350 2nd $175 U1850:1st place $300 2nd $150 U1500 1st place $200 2nd $100 U1200 1st place $100 2nd $50 Other: Unrated prize limit based on TD discretion. Trophies for 1st place in all sections. (Prizes Based on 80 Paid Entries)
