Event Overview
The Scarlet Chess Club's championship tournament for the 2023-24 school year, a.k.a. our Spring tournament. The event location will be in the Spring River room of the Carl R. Reng Student Center on the A-State campus. Registration begins at 8am, with round 1 beginning at 9 o'clock. Subsequent rounds begin as soon as possible.
Time control is g/25;+5
There are two divisions, but only one is rated. The rated division has a $15 entry fee ($10 if preregistered). Cash prizes for the rated division scale based on number of entries, but 100% of entry is being used for the prize pool.
