2024 Mississippi Senior Championship
- April 6-7. Open to all age 50+ by July 27th. Top finishing Mississippi player will qualify for 7th Annual John T. Irwin National Tournament of Senior State Champions | US Chess.org and get the plaque and title of Mississippi Senior Champion.
- Format: 4SS, G/90 i30
- One half point bye available for all but last round. Must declare before the start of the 2nd round.
- Prize funds will be split in the case of ties. Plaque and title by tiebreaks if required.
- US Chess Federation rated. USCF membership required for all participants. Mississippi Chess Association membership required.
