Active USCF Membership is Required
MCA Membership is Checked at the door
Cell phones must be turned off and in a bag or face up on the table
Players should provide their own sets and clocks
Handicap accessible
Unrated players must play in the novice section
Players will play according to the published rating, with no playing up
On-site registrations cost $15 more than listed
Up to two half-point byes can be accepted
Final round byes are always zero
