Format: USCF Regular Rated 4-round Swiss Chess Tournament w/ 4 sections: A - Premier (Minimum rating of 1800), B - U1850, C - U1500, D -U1200

Time Controls: G/90; incr. 5 seconds (All Rounds)

Round Times: Saturday 9:30AM, 2:00PM Sunday 9:30 AM and 2:00PM

Entry Fee: $40 @ ChessRegister.com via PayPal, other arrangements (cash or check) can be arranged

Prizes: (Based on 70 Paid Entries) Premier :1st place $400 2nd $200; U1850: 1st $ 250 2nd $125 U1500: $150 2nd $100 U1200 $100 2nd $50 Other: Unrated prize limit based on TD discretion. Trophies for 1st place in all sections.

Registration: Active USCF membership is required. Online entries at www.ChessRegister.com; Limited to 80 entries, registration confirmed upon receipt of paid entry fee. ONLY ADVANCED REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED, THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE.

Other Info: Sections may have limitations to the qty. of entries (TBD). Tournament Director reserves the right to combine/modify sections. In addition, the TD may restrict the moving up to another section based on the number of entries in that section. Prizes are dependent on the number of entries. Updates will be provided as registration proceeds via e-mail as to format configuration. Players can move up to the next section if their USCF rating from the Golden Data Base at the time of the tournament is within 50 points of the next higher section. UNRATED PLAYERS MAY PLAY IN U1500 OR U1200 SECTIONS ONLY, TD will review the section chosen for appropriateness.
