Open Section (FIDE Rated): $1500-800-500 (top 3 guaranteed), top Under 2300: $400-200

Under 1000: $150-100-50
Unrated players may win no more than 50% of any prize except Open Section.
Doubles Bonus Prize: $200-100. Best male/female or female/female 2-player “team” combined score among all sections. Must average under 2200; may play in different sections. Register by 4:30 PM September 3rd. Prize limits do not apply to Doubles Bonus Prize. No additional fee to register.

Entry Fee for all sections other than U1000: $120 by 8/28, $130 at site or online until two hours before round one. GM, IM, WGM, WIM free. No prize deductions.
Entry Fee for U1000: $50 by 8/28, $60 at site or online until two hours before round one.
Reentry: $40, not available in Open Section or players in 2- or 1-day schedules.
September official USCF ratings used. Unofficial uschess.org ratings usually used if otherwise unrated. Players must reveal foreign, FIDE and other over the board ratings, and these ratings, adjusted, if necessary, may be used, if higher than USCF. Notation required in all sections. Only US Chess approved electronic score sheets allowed.
Half point byes okay, limit 2, must be requested before round 2 pairings posted. Discounted entry fee available to players in financial need. Discounted entry fees do not count toward 140 paid entry fees.
Blitz Tournament: Saturday, September 3rd at 9:30 PM, register by 9:15 PM. More details on-site.
