2022 New Mexico Women's Open. May 7th and 8th, Albuquerque Institute of Math & Science, 933 Bradbury Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.

Sections: Open, 4 round Swiss, G/90;d5, $50 entry fee. Scholastic (U800), 4 round Swiss, G/30;d5, $10 entry fee.

Prizes: Open: 1st $400, 2nd $200, U1400 $75, U1000 $50. Open to all. Top finishing New Mexico resident will be crowned the 2022 New Mexico Women's Champion. If there is a tie, they will be named co-champions. Prize money to be awarded based on finishing placement regardless of residency. Plaques will be awarded to first-place finishers, one to the Women's Champion and one to the tournament winner.

Scholastic (U800): Medals for first through third place finishers.

Schedule: Open: Rounds 1-2 on Saturday, May 7, 10:00 am and 1:30 pm. Rounds 3-4 on Sunday, May 8, 10:00 am and 1:30 pm.

Scholastic: Rounds 1-4 on Saturday, May 7, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:30 pm.

Registration: USCF membership required for all sections. Online registration is open until 1:00 am on 5/7/22 at the following link or at nmchess.org: https://www.kingregistration.com/event/2022NMWomensOpen. On-site registration from 9:00 am to 9:30 am Saturday May 7. Early Bird Discount: $20 off entry fee for the Open section if you sign up by 4/1/22. $10 off entry for the Open section if you sign up by 4/29/22.
