1st NORTH AMERICAN CHESS SCHOOL CUP, June 1 st 2024.
Location: Columbia Independent School, Columbia, Missouri (address: 1801 N Stadium Blvd Basecamp
1, Columbia, MO 65202).
4 Sections:
• K-5th Grade (all ratings)
• 6th-8th Grade (all ratings)
• 9th-12th Grade: (all ratings)
• Open: (all ratings, all ages)
All sections are USCF-rated.
Time control: G/25; +10.
Swiss system pairings. (Pairings will be available on the website and in the playing hall before each
round).
Registration:
The entrance fee is $30 before 05/29 and $35 after. $10 discount for official school groups, ask your
school officials to contact us for more information. $10 discount for students of North American Chess
School (contact us for details).

Prizes:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals, trophies for the first place, and special prizes will be awarded to
individuals in all sections. A special trophy will be awarded to the best school team. The best 4 players
from the school will contribute to the team points. Special prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd girl’s results
(best scores from any section).

Boards and clocks will be provided.
Complimentary water, drinks, and snacks will be provided.
Complimentary simul games with the titled player.
