FIVE USCF-RATED SECTIONS

K-1 Championship Section (Gr. 1 and below)

Primary School Championship Section (Gr. 2-3)

Elementary School Championship Section (Gr. 4-6)

Junior High School Championship Section (Gr. 6-8)

High School Championship Section (Gr. 9-12)

Everyone plays in his/her own grade’s section!

 

ENTRY FEE

$55 before 01/14/24; $65 between 01/15/24 & 01/26/24

NO registration after 01/26/24 and NO onsite registration!

FREE entry for 2200+ players

 

SCHEDULE & TIME CONTROL

1:00pm/2:15pm/3:30pm/4:30pm

G/25 d5, 4 rounds

Arrival 15 minutes earlier is required for check-in. Otherwise, you will not be paired for 1st round.

 

PRIZES

Trophies for Top FIVE individuals in HS/JHS sections

 Trophies for Top TEN individuals in other sections

Trophies for Top Two schools in each section (Top four scores from each school in same section count towards school’s total score)

Medals for 2.5pt & above finishes in Elem./Prim/K-1 sections

Award ceremony is held 5 minutes after the section finishes.

$15 cancellation fee by 01/13/24 for CHESSanity tournament credit only. $10 for section change after registration.

½ bye is given for notice given two rounds in advance. Limit to one bye only.
