15th annual Philadelphia International.  9SS, 40/80, SD/30, +30,  Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown (see World Open for location, rates, parking). Covid rules: See World Open. $22,000 guaranteed prizes. FIDE rated; FIDE ratings used for pairings & prizes, Who is eligible: open to FIDE 2100/over, USCF 2200/over, or FIDE rated foreign (see peakratings.us). GM & IM norms possible. Prizes $5000-3000-2000-1500-1200-800-700-600-500-500, clear or tiebreak bonus $200, top FIDE 2250-2399 $2000-1000, top FIDE under 2250/unr $2000-1000. Minimum prize guarantees: If entering online by 6/3 and playing all 9 games (no byes): foreign GM $700, US GM $300, foreign IM/WGM $300. Nonresident aliens: see US tax laws at chessaction.org. EF: GMs. IMs, WGMs: $50 online at chessaction.com by 5/17, $75 by 6/23, $100 at site. Foreign FIDE rated players: $150 online at chessaction.com by 5/17, $175 by 6/23, $200 at site.
