Entry fee: $20, no checks. GMs $20 from prize. Enter at site Sun. night only before 10:10 pm. Round 1 begins 10:30 pm, then ASAP, should end by about 12:30 am. One pair of half-point byes allowed in any round, must commit before round 2. January ratings used. Blitz rated (will not affect regular ratings); higher of Regular or Blitz used for pairings and prizes. $10 service charge for refunds before Rd. 1 pairings (no refunds after Round 1 is paired).
