Outdoor October Chess Tournament near Purdue University

Saturday October 2nd, 2021

Morning and Afternoon Sessions

Limited Space available due to social distancing

Players may register for One or Both Sessions

Scholastic and Adult Players are welcome with current USCF memberships

Tournament is scheduled outdoors under a shelter

(Expect Noise Pollution)

Location:  3101 N Salisbury St, West Lafayette, IN 47906

Morning Session starts at 10:00 am 

Time Control is Game 30 minutes no delay (This will affect Regular and Quick USCF Ratings)

The Tournament format will be Quads. Players will be placed in groups of 4 by rating. Each player will play 3 games (round-robin).

Each Quad will be paired as soon as both games are complete.

Quad Winners will receive a trophy.

Estimated competition length (2 hours Scholastic - 3 hours Adult]
