US Chess Membership: Required, please obtain before the event. Discounted scholastic (ages 5-18) memberships are available at cavechess.cc/voucher. Free US Chess membership to Park Ridge students (ages 5-18).

Byes: In a quads tournament, byes are not allowed. Withdrawals during the event are not allowed either.

Rounds/Style: Players are grouped in sections of 4 by their rating level and play three rounds each. All ages are welcome.

No tournament check-in at the site is needed. Just verify your registration online before the tournament. If there are issues that require making changes to your registration, please visit cavechess.cc/change.

Time Control & Schedule: G/60; +5

Round 1 is at 10:00 AM.

Rounds 2-3 are played when all games of a quad are done. You do not have to wait for the tournament director to start.

Registration & Entry Fee:

• Register online at cavechess.cc/orc
• $25 for Subscribers until 10/3
• $30 Non-Subscribers until 10/3
• $5 late fee for either.
• Registration closes one hour before round 1.
• No entries onsite, online entries only.

Prizes: $50 for 1st, $10 for 2nd - 4th.

Chess Equipment: Boards, sets, and clocks provided by Caveman Chess, LLC.

Parking: Free parking. Visitors' parking behind the building and the SW corner lot @ Garden & S. Fairview Streets, also street parking.

Ratings: October supplement used, no exceptions.
