• Online registration closes at 12:00 a.m. the day of the tournament, or when maximum capacity is reached.
• Onsite registration is subject to availability ($7 additional fee incurred).

Schedule

• Rounds: 5 rounds
• Time Control: G/10 d2
• Round Times: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Rolling schedule)
  (Mandatory check-in by 5:15 p.m.)

Sections

• Players will be placed into groups of 6 based on their September 2026 Published Supplement Quick rating.

Awards

• BA€oins (More info)
  • 6 BA€oins per point
  • 3 - 30 BA€oins per tourney
• A player who withdraws during the tournament is NOT eligible for BA€oins.

Fees

• Entry fee: $33

• Onsite fee: +$7
• BayAreaChess Membership discounts are NOT redeemable for late and onsite fees.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 7% processing fee.

Change requests

• After registration, changes can be requested at bayareachess.com/changeform and are subject to a $7 change fee.
