Up to 2 Half-Point Byes in rounds 1-5.
USCF & MCA required.
MCA Policy: No Cell Phones allowed with players during active games!

Open: $37 by 12/9 (Under Age 18, Subtract $5)
Free Entry to USCF 2200+ ($37 EF deducted from prize).
Booster: $25 by 12/9
